Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with www.modern-advantage.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please review the following information:
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at connect@modern-advantage.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refunds
Upon approval of your return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer support team at connect@modern-advantage.com.
Non-returnable items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized/customized items
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
